Alec has a Masters in Pastoral Counseling with a focus in Community Chaplaincy, is a board certified Pastoral Counselor and Christian Life Coach who is  trained and experienced in biblical counseling, Christian life coaching, Life Recovery and public speaking. Alec is an Army veteran and former educator with over 20 years of experience working with adolescent and adult males dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma and grief. Alec has a heart for people and  desires to  see chains broken and lives redeemed through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Alec is dedicated to assisting men obtain emotional, spiritual and relational wellness in their lives. Applying scriptural truth in love and grace, Alec will walk alongside you in motivating and providing encouragement through the Holy Spirit as you navigate your journey of recovering God's purpose for your life.
